on Monday, 15th December, 2025 (which was rescheduled due to Knipton Village Hall being double booked) at 7:30 pm at Knipton Village Hall, School House, 1 Church Hill, Knipton, NG32 1RN.

9 Parish Council: General. (Update and Discussion).
a. Play Area:
Update on the installation of the play equipment which commenced on December 8, 2025. Also update on the transfer from SKDC, Gareth Dawkins & Margaret Rhodes, Macfarlanes LLP, and Zurich Insurance regarding insurance for the area & the new play equipment.
b. Update on Denton Village Hall:
We have officially informed Welby Estate of the Parish Council’s decision not to take on the lease & maintenance of the Village Hall due to the findings of the Structural Survey carried out by Rivergate.
c. SID and Road Safety including installation of the new 30mph signage on Belvoir Road, and Casthorpe Road.
d. CSW (Community Speed Watch) update on meeting held in St. Andrew’s Church on Saturday December 6, 2025
e. Parking issues in Denton and any updates.
f. Belvoir Castle events and general update
Including: Forbidden Forest.
g. Vale Parish Group - update from Meeting held on December 1, 2025.
h. Dog fouling.
i. Update on the request to SKDC for lighting the footpath between Park Lane & Hungate Road.
j. Denton Christmas Tree event - which is scheduled for Sunday December 14, 2025.
