All Councillors are summoned to attend.

The AGM will be followed by the regular Parish Council meeting at 7:00 pm

2. Approval & acceptance of AGM minutes from Monday 27th May, 2024.
3. Election of Chair & to receive the Chair’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office
4. Election of Vice Chair & to receive the Vice Chair’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
5. To receive the Declarations of Office from other Councillors.
6. Election of Councillors to various roles within the Parish Council.
7. Review of Policy documents & bank mandate.
8. 2026 AGM date & time TBA.
