a. Finances including balance sheet, payments & available funds.
b. Community Cleaner report and receipt of funds from SKDC.
c. Any other reported business.
9 Parish Council: General. (Update and Discussion).
a. Play Area update & the preliminary site visit by Creative Play on Wednesday, November 13th, 2025 prior the proposed installation of play equipment in December 2025. Confirmation of receipt of funding from SKDC prosperity Fund of the first payment of £18,000. Also correspondence & update from SKDC, Gareth Dawkins & Macfarlanes LLP, Margaret Rhodes regarding the transfer.
b. Update on Denton Village Hall & the results of a structural survey carried out by Rivergate Consultants & what would be the next step.

c. SID and Road Safety including: Condition of one of the SID’s and the decision whether to replace the SID not working on Belvoir Road.
d. CSW (Community Speed Watch) update.
e. Parking issues in Denton and any updates.

Including: Forbidden Forest - new camping site layout & the additional stage which is the Arcadia Spider.
g. Vale Parish Group - update.
h. Dog fouling.
i. Update on the request for suggestions for lighting the footpath between Park Lane & Hungate Road.

Renovation of house including but not limited to: reroofing, repointing of brickwork, replacement of windows, removal of internal walls, fireplace and staircase, relocation of bathroom, internally insulate upstairs bedrooms, restore outbuildings
