5 Minutes of Previous Meeting
Resolution to Approve minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on Monday June 22, 2026.

as necessary.

8 Report from the Parish Clerk including:
a. Update re: End of Year Audit, AGAR & the submission of the wrong form - AGAR 2 when I should have been AGAR 3. Error in the final figures which were submitted from the Accountant. Submission to be reviewed by the government appointed Auditor PKL Littlejohn. Acting Clerk has registered on the new portal for easier submission of AGAR documents for FY 26/27.
b. Finances including current balance sheet, payments to date & available funds.
Signing of the Bank Mandate for Virgin Bank by all Councillors.
c. Community Cleaner report
d. Any other reported business.
9 Parish Council: General. (Update and Discussion).
a. Play Area: Any outstanding items:
b. RoSPA Inspection: annual inspection for the play area to be carried out by RoSPA. Sometime in August 2026.
b. SID and Road Safety - discussion regarding a potential joint application with other Parish Councils in the area, to Lincolnshire County Council’s Councillor Community Grant Fund (Strategic Fund) on the purchase of new SID’s for Belvoir, Harston & Casthorpe Roads.
c. CSW (Community Speed Watch) - Update.
d. Parking issues in Denton and any updates.
e. Belvoir Castle events and general update
f. Vale Parish Group - update from Councillors Bellamy & Robert Leadenham.
g. Dog fouling
h. Update on the request to SKDC for lighting the footpath between Park Lane & Hungate Road & the Service Road on Hungate.
i Councillor Induction Training for Councillor’s McLennan & Elias in September. Clerk to check with LALC if any courses are available on a Monday or Tuesday for Councillor Tame.
10 Planning Applications.
General Permitted Development Order for:
Location: 70 Main Street, Denton, Lincolnshire, NG32 1JZ,
Applicant: Miss Catherine Taylor
Application for a Certificate of Lawful Development (Proposal) in respect of
my intention to convert an existing brick outhouse into an office/garden
room. Approved
