5 Minutes of Previous Meeting
Resolution to Approve minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on Monday March 30, 2026.

as necessary.
 
7 Public Forum if required.
 
8 Report from the Parish Clerk including: 
a. Update re: End of Year Audit - Dendy Choma from DE Accounting. 
b. Finances including current balance sheet, payments to date & available funds.
Information regarding the process of submitting year end documents to the Auditor PK Littlejohn & notice which is posted in the website & notice board for anyone to review the accounts for FY25/26. 
Signing of the Bank Mandate for Virgin Bank carried forward as not all the Councillor’s were present at the AGM held on May 18, 2026.
c. Community Cleaner report

9 Parish Council: General. (Update and Discussion).
a. Play Area: Any outstanding items: correspondence from Creative Play regarding the following items:
Tractor - repairs & bird droppings.
b. RoSPA Inspection: this is an annual inspection for the play area carried out by RoSPA. This will be carried out in August/September 2026 - date to be confirmed. 
c. Councillor Abbie Tame has suggested that the sign at the Play Area should be more inclusive & suggested that the current wording is amended to read the following: “Play equipment is designed for use by children under 12. Please respect this area for young families” Acting clerk will contact Viking Signs & they can print a sticker. If this is agreeable to everyone the Acting Clerk will place an order. 
b. SID and Road Safety - decision on the purchase of new SID’s for Belvoir & Casthorpe Road. 
c. CSW (Community Speed Watch) - Update re Forbidden Forest weekend. 
d. Parking issues in Denton and any updates. 
e. Belvoir Castle events and general update 
Including: Forbidden Forest. 
f. Vale Parish Group - update from Councillors Bellamy & Robert Leadenham - final meeting Visit to the Forbidden Forest site at Belvoir Castle on June 3, 2026. 
g. Dog fouling 
h. Update on the request to SKDC for lighting the footpath between  Park Lane & Hungate Road & the Service Road on Hungate. 
i Woodland Trust are offering communities in Lincolnshire a minimum of five orchard trees free of charge & also offering larger community orchard schemes where suitable land is available.
j Lincolnshire County Council is updating the Minerals and Waste Local Plan which will guide the future provision of minerals and the management of waste in Lincolnshire up to 2042.
The consultation starts on Monday 15 June 2026 and finishes at 5pm on Friday 31 July 2026.
k Councillors to complete new DPI forms and Acting Clerk to return completed forms to SKDC Democracy Team.
